About
What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a timeless system of natural medicine focused on preventative healthcare and identifying & eliminating the root cause of health concerns. Ancient principles are applied to moden lifestyles to assist the body in naturally rebalancing health through correct diet & lifestyle advice and the use of traditional herbal supplements.
Ayurveda defines that in order to be healthy all three doshas in each of us must be balanced. The three doshas are Vata, Pitta & Kapha, each made up of two of the five elements: ether, air, fire, water and earth.

This is the Ayurvedic explanation of health.
Balanced doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha); ensuring that the digestive fire (enzymes), tissues and waste processes are working in an orderly manner; and that the sensory organs, mind and soul are peaceful, these are the qualities of a healthy person.
About me
My name is Hari
I am a qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Marma Massage Therapist, achieving High Distinctions from the Ayurveda Institute UK and am a member of the Association of Ayurvedic Professionals UK.
Previously, I had a successful career in retail but over the lockdown years, I quickly realised something was not quite right with the world and observed the level of suffering in our communities. The aftermath of this has become even more apparent. Re-training in Ayurveda is my part in helping to alleviate suffering on a one-to-one basis. Using the Ayurvedic toolkit, I can now guide others to make meaningful changes in their physical, emotional and spiritual health. You can read more about my story here.
I can help to identify root causes of your health concerns and provide a bespoke balancing plan including dietary & lifestyle advice in combination with herbal supplements. I also offer marma massage therapy at Still House Clinic.

Who can Ayurveda support?
Ayurveda may be of assistance to those of whom might be suffering from a wide range of disorders in order to optimise their health. Ayurveda views health from a perspective far deeper than the labels that we commonly apply to ourselves in the modern world. It describes any imbalance being caused by the doshas (vata, pitta, kapha) and/or the strength or weakness of our digestion which is affected by incorrect diet and lifestyle choices. As such, following thorough consultations, an individualised health rebalancing plan is provided to help meet your health goals by using diet, lifestyle and traditional herbal supplements to bring balance and happiness, ananda, back into our lives.
