Service Description
An in depth consultation to understand your health concerns, diet and lifestyle routines and provision of a bespoke plan to help you achieve your goals. Held in-person at Still House Clinic, Egham Herbal supplements charged separately with cost determined during the consultation.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be made up to 18 hours in advance. Same day bookings may not be available. For initial consultations, full payment is required in advance to secure your appointment. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours may only be entitled to a 50% refund. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable. Any herbal supplements provided following your consultation require immediate payment, which you can pay for in person by cash, card or bank transfer. For online consultations, payment for consultations and herbal supplements must be received before items can be dispatched. All orders are delivered using Royal Mail Track 48 service
