3. Only valid for bookings made online and paid in advance by entering code QUIET10 at the checkout, or requested by email. 

4. Bookings can be made up to 48 hours in advance. Same day bookings are unavailable due to significant preparation required.

5. All bookings must be paid in advance, and at least 24 hours ahead of your requested session.

6. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours may only be entitled to a 50% refund.

7. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours are non-refundable.
