What to expect
Expectations
Do you feel stuck, like you can’t see the wood from the trees?

Do you experience negative self-thoughts and limiting self belief?

Are you a little lost in understanding your purpose?

Do you frequently experience ‘imposter syndrome’?

You may say things like: “I can’t do that”, “I’m not good enough”, “Why me?”

That was me once.

Are you willing to change all of this? To consciously be your true self? To take responsibility for your own life?
Are you looking for guidance and willing to put in the work to create abundance in whatever it is that you want from this life?

Then you are in the right place.

I have realised through my diet & lifestyle consultancy, that even though we may experience physical suffering, it is our minds which are the root cause of our suffering and self-limiting potential. Whether it be a physical or non-physical challenge, everything begins in the mind as a thought form. If we can change our thoughts, we can change our reality.

My own personal experience is testament to this which you can read about. Through my own lived experience of turning my own life around using a variety of techniques and tools. I can help guide you through life’s challenges no matter what it might be - change our thoughts, change our reality.

I provide 1-2-1 guidance sessions to help develop a healthy mindset using key ayurvedic and yogic concepts (for the two are sister sciences separated over time), in an accessible, subtle and practical way. No, I won’t be asking you to strike a downward dog pose! What I will be asking you is to challenge yourself in a healthy way, with guidance and support.

With a clear understanding of how the mind operates from my ayurvedic training and years of self-development, I can help you to cultivate more robust self-awareness and enable you to live a more positive, prosperous and healthy life. I also have experience within a men’s mental health charity and am able to hold space to listen without judgement and to enable YOU to get the best out of YOU.

This change doesn’t always happen instantaneously. It takes time and effort and most importantly, it requires you to take responsibility for your own progress. This is the first step that you must take in order to creating lasting change.

Just like climbing a mountain, we must take one step at a time, sometimes taking a pause and resting. Eventually we can reach the summit. We can reach ananda - joy, happiness and bliss.

Are you willing to take the reigns and re-discover what you are truly capable of?
